Consistency and flavor, especially from the sauces, are always on par at Yonkers, which is why they’ve topped the list of the best pizza in Dallas. Their sought-after Garlic Knots packed with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Mozzarella Cheese are the ideal way to begin your afternoon or evening out. Get it with ranch dressing or marinara sauce.
There’s no need to continue your search for good Italian food in Dallas. One of the top Italian restaurants here is Yonkers Pizza Company. It’s a beautiful destination for takeout or delivery. If you’re looking for “Italian nearby me,” this is your best bet. Just scroll through their menu and choose your favorites among the many delicious items available.
I can help you by recommending the Cannoli as dessert, the Much Meat pizza as your entree, and a Caprese salad to start. Notice how I placed the dessert first? It’s excellent!

4. Pizzeria Testa
- Address: 3525 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75206
- Phone: (469) 620-2266
You’ll feel right at home inside this pizza joint which is easily one of the best pizza places in Dallas. Ask hundreds of other patrons who’ve also left rave reviews about their experience here. I love visiting Pizzeria Testa as the patio is fabulous for eating amazing food. That’s the reason they won The Best Patio Award. Theirs earned them many accolades. The antipasti, All’Italiana, loaded with Focaccia, olives, cheese, oven-roasted peppers, and Italian Meats, is delicious.
Classic Neapolitan pizza is made using a handful of simple ingredients brought together in a form that is both delicious and rich in flavor. In this traditional preparation, art and cuisine combine to create a delightful fusion of texture and flavor. Their menu is filled with mouth-watering options, including juicy, rich, chewy, and soft.

5. Pizza Getti
- Address: 3320 N Buckner Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228
- Phone: (214) 320-2195
The atmosphere here is fantastic. This place is perfect for a night out with your significant other or a get-together with friends and family because of its laid-back vibe. The care and attention given to customers are exceptional. Yummy pizza and refreshing beverages. You really can’t get more authentically Texan than that! In particular, I recommend their thin-crust pizzas. In my experience, they have yet to let me down. In addition to delicious pizza, the service is impeccable.
Have the chicken nachos or the three-cheese fries to start. Then get yourself a hot, delicious pizza from them. If you don’t like pizza, I’ll pretend not to judge you. Seriously though, there are many other wonderful options. Bring the children along as the kid’s menu options are awesome.

6. Mondo Pizza
- Address: 4436 Lemmon Ave, Dallas, TX 75219
- Phone: (214) 446-5450
First, ask about the pizza of the month if it’s your first time. It’s usually a great introduction to their fantastic menu and skills. Whether or not the Creamy Chicken Alfredo is the pizza of the month, you need to try it on one of your visits (yes, you’ll come back). I love the toppings, which include: shredded parmesan romano, fresh basil, bell peppers, mushrooms, grilled chicken, shredded mozzarella, and Boursin cream sauce.
Using their characteristic fiery, chef-driven passion, they create pizzas with bold, unique tastes and product mixtures from around the world. Dine in the cozy fast-casual atmosphere, or have your food delivered to your door. Pickup customers can enjoy the buy one get one half price special or discounted two-topping pizzas. Seriously some of the best pizza in Dallas!

Moving from a pizza oven on wheels to a top-rated pizza restaurant in the state is quite an accomplishment. You’ll find the best wood-fired Neapolitan pies in the state at Cane Rosso. The venue is stunning, and you may reserve exclusive areas for your special occasion. As a restaurant specializing in wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and other Italian specialties they include finger-licking desserts, delectable pasta, and tasty sandwiches.
Cane Rosso is an authentic Italian restaurant since they make their dough and mozzarella in-house daily, fresh pasta, and creative adaptations of traditional Italian dishes. 8. Eno’s Pizza Tavern
- Address: 407 N Bishop Ave, Dallas, TX 75208
- Phone: (214) 943-9200
This venue is always abuzz; even if you come alone, you’ll enjoy people-watching like I do, from couples to families. Located in the heart of Oak Cliff’s chill Bishop Arts District, Eno’s Pizza Tavern is the perfect spot for a laid-back supper with friends or family. They make fresh pizzas and pasta with the finest farm-to-table ingredients and have service that’s just as welcoming.
Food presentation and service at Eno’s indicate that diners of all types (date night, family dinner, workday lunch) are welcome. Even though they enjoy our city, I’m most grateful to them for sharing their passion for the fantastic meals that can be found here. Today is the day to try their steaming pizzas, crisp salads, and frosty artisan beers.

9. Zalat Pizza Fitzhugh
- Address: 2519 N Fitzhugh Ave, Dallas, TX 75204
- Phone: (214) 370-9786
This is the place to visit when you want the right amount of sauce all the time, the perfect crust, and a great ambiance. If you’re OCD like me, perfection is key which is why they are among the best pizza places in Dallas. The pepperoni and cheese are of high quality, too, so clearly, they don’t take shortcuts here. Please try the Pho Pizza, and oh, no need to thank me!
This pizza joint on Fitzhugh Avenue serves tiny slices typical of New York City delivery pizza. Pizzas topped with buffalo chicken, Reuben sandwiches, and chicken teriyaki are some of the more imaginative choices. Deliveries and take-outs are available at the informal eatery. Inquire about their not-on-the-menu pies if you get a chance. If you’re a night owl, you’ll likely get to grab one of their amazing pizzas to end a long day or start the night!

10. Carmine’s Pizzeria
- Address: 5365 Spring Valley Rd #138, Dallas, TX 75254
- Phone: (972) 404-8110
For over three decades, Carmine’s has been serving mouthwatering New York-style pizza, calzones, and other Italian delicacies, and they’ve not dropped the ball. After all, they could not have otherwise made the best pizza in Dallas list. Carmine’s has some of the best pizza in town, always freshly made. Since opening in 1980, Carmine’s Pizzeria has provided customers with delicious pizza.
The food and service here are excellent; I can’t say enough good things about it. Friday night has been a tradition for certain customers. You may get a taste of the Big Apple without leaving Texas at the intersection of San Jacinto and Harwood in downtown Dallas. Lovely salads, meatball sandwiches, and “the greatest NY Pizza in Northern Texas,” among other things. Visit them to experience it for yourself.

11. Fireside Pies

Meat lovers, gluten-free preferences, and vegetarian options with daytime and nighttime offerings are on Fireside Pies’ menu. The lighting adds to the ambiance of this pizzeria, and the excellent service makes the experience complete.
Fireside Pies was established in a quaint house on Henderson Avenue in 2004. Fireside Pies is a chain of cozy local eateries specialising in wood-fired pizzas with the highest quality ingredients. 12. Blaze Pizza
- Address: 5500 Greenville Ave Suite 205, Dallas, TX 75206
- Phone: (214) 385-2333
Since my friends are vegan (they won’t win me over), we can enjoy our favorites together in a great atmosphere here at Blaze Pizza, one of the best pizza places in Dallas. My first argument for Blaze Pizza’s superiority over other pizza restaurants is that they provide more topping options than their competitors. Pizza crust options include low-carb (keto), standard (thin), cauliflower (cauliflower crust), and high-rise (high-rise). At Blaze Pizza, you get to create your pizza and then top it with whatever you like.
The thin crust plus the high oven temperature at which Blaze’s pizzas are prepared allows for a relatively short cooking time. Despite the thin crust and short baking duration, their pizzas are delicious. Even if the crust gets too charred, the cheese is always perfectly melted, and the pie is served piping hot.

13. Scalini’s Pizza & Pasta
- Address: 2021 Abrams Rd, Dallas, TX 75214
- Phone: (214) 821-8088
Visit Scalini’s Pizza & Pasta and chow down on some American fare that has been satisfying locals and visitors alike for years. New York-style pizza plus classic Italian dishes baked in a stone oven are prepared by hand at this pizza joint. Toasty cheese ravioli is only one of the delicious appetizers on the vast dinner menu. As an entree, guests can choose a mountainous serving of spaghetti topped with their choice of beef, marinara sauce, or mushroom, accompanied by a grilled chicken, sausage link, or meatball.
The broiled salmon calls out your name on a buttery basil rice bed. Specialty pizzas on their menu, like the pesto pizza coated in tangy pesto and dotted with bits of delicately grilled chicken, pile fresh toppings atop handmade dough. Dessert options include tiramisu and cappuccino pie, which guests can enjoy while lounging in the restaurant’s cozy, candlelit booths and tables.

14. I Fratelli Pizza Uptown
- Address: 2815 Allen St, Dallas, TX 75204
- Phone: (214) 720-0070
The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the pizzas are excellent. The whole menu is exceptional. They are truly generous with the toppings, and you won’t hear me complaining. That guarantees the pizza will be steaming when you open it and will leave your eyes sparkling. Yeah, buddy! I Fratelli Pizza is well-known for its delicious food and the kind, welcoming service it provides.
Cooking at high temperatures in stone deck ovens yields a gorgeous thin and crispy crust, and fresh, in-store salad toppings make all the difference in the world regarding flavor. 15. Greenville Avenue Pizza Company
- Address: 1923 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75206
- Phone: (214) 826-5404
Restaurant patrons can choose thin-crust pizzas, salads, and wings at this cozy and unpretentious spot. The fact that they make it all from scratch appeals to me, and both the pizza and the wings (which aren’t made from scratch…lol) are tasty. They’ve earned a reputation as one of the city’s finest pizzerias and national recognition as a pioneer in the pizza industry. Pizza makers at GAPCo are known as “pizza slayers,” They carry signature leather holsters containing their pizza-making equipment. You’ll see why they take delivery so seriously if you read on.
In 2007, Sammy Mandell founded GAPCo with the expectation that its location in a busy bar district would attract many customers. However, in 2010, he was forced to reevaluate his business plan because the entire neighborhood was set for redevelopment, and work was about to take place right up to the driveway of his restaurant. After this setback, Mandell redirected his efforts toward his delivery business and rode out the economic downturn. Mandell’s efforts have paid off since the area is now thriving. Two of Mandell’s Greenville Avenue Pizza Company restaurants are thriving, and he has big ambitions to add five more over the next few years.
